What do you know about your birth?

My mom said my birth was early morning, and that it was quick. I don't know how long it took but she said it was quick.

What is something that society once accepted but now sees as wrong, or something we still accept today that might be viewed as wrong in the future? Explain your reasoning.

Just like terms used to describe people were used in the past such as, "jap, injun, negro" I think the term illegal alien will be deemed as unprofessional in the future. Even now this word has a negative connotation to it, people will realize how dehumanizing the term is. Summary: We read poems. Reflection: Kids had a horrible life in old England.

Reflect on a time when you noticed someone being treated unfairly or saw a situation that didn’t seem right. How does this experience connect to the emotions or ideas expressed in one or both poems?

My mother had stopped going to school at 9 years old to help out my family. She started working and lived the life of a woman, not a child. Just like the poem shows children working at a young age filled with hope, my mother was and is the same. She believes that all her hard work will be worth it both in the future, and after life.

Describe a time you couldn’t stop laughing

Just last week i bought a fart spray. I put child lockson the back of my car doors. I went to a soccer game with my friends and after the game i sprayed it in the car and recorded them. I locked all the doors and even when they unlocked the back they couldnt open the doors. I couldn’t stop laughing as they were struggling trying to get out the stink.

Describe a time when something or someone you admired also scared or challenged you. How did that experience change the way you see the world or the idea of “goodness”?

I had a nice girlfriend. She was nice to me in every form and she was a great person. However when she got mad it was like a switch would change. Man that girl would do anything in her power to piss me off. She also did lots of petty things i wasnt trying to deal with that so i had to end it.

What did you do over the break.

I drove to Brunswick for work over the break, it was lots hotter than it is in Atlanta. I got some more experience in my trade, and got to enjoy the views of the ocean on Saint Simons, saw Jekyll island and passed by savannah as well.
