Describe a hike, long walk, or outdoor experience you have had and explain what it was like physically and mentally. If you have never been on a hike, describe a time when you were outside your comfort zone or had to rely on yourself in a challenging situation. Explain what you learned from the experience.

I used to walk to the supermarket during the summer when I was younger. It used to be real hot and I wouldn't wanna go but my mom had asked me to pick up some groceries. I never  really liked going through that but I would remember my reward would be my mothers home cooked meal so I pushed ahead and got the groceries.

Summary- We talked about the new book we're gonna read.

Reflections- Im excited to read the new book
